Shipping & Delivery

 

You will receive an initial email confirmation when your order has been submitted. Once the payment is cleared and dispatched information is available, our team will then email you an order tracking number.

Shipping Costs

We deliver anywhere in Australia.

Time of delivery

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed, prior dispatch. If an item mentions "Ships in 5-10 days" on the add to cart button and on the cart page then your order may be delayed as we must source the item from our supplier.
Most customers will receive their order within 2-4 business days as long as you use a payment method with instant clearance like Credit Card, Paypal or AfterPay and all items in your order are in stock & ready to ship. If your address is in a remote area delivery may take a little longer. Bulky items (parcels under 5kg in cubic weight) may take longer.

Australian Post will leave your parcel somewhere safe if no one is present to accept the delivery. If there’s no safe place to leave, Australian Post will leave a card as they normally would so you can pick up at the post office. If you are not going to be home, we recommend that you provide your work address for delivery if you won’t be home during business hours.
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is present to accept delivery.

We will ship your order with Australian Post.

Why is my order is Late?
If your parcel has not been delivered in the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately. 
Missing Product or Damaged Product received?
If you receive the wrong item or your parcel has been damaged in some way or there are any other issues with your order, please contact us immediately. 
Do we ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
What if I choose the pick-up option? 
If you choose to pick-up from our shop, we will notify you once your order is ready to collect. Otherwise, please give us a call on + 61 426 424 829.
